Benefit Description
Health Insurance through Aetna1 Coverage through Aetna's Open Choice plan, a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), which offers "open access" to providers. No referrals or PCP's are required and you have the ability to see any participating provider you choose, whenever you choose.
Dental Insurance through Sun Life1 Preventive care covered at 100%; Basic Restorative covered at 80%; Major Services and Pediatric Orthodontia covered at 50%.
Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)1 Term life and accidental death insurance worth 1 times your annual salary.
Supplemental Life1 Optional life and AD&D insurance you can purchase for yourself and your dependents.
401(k)3 You may contribute 1-75% of your gross wages up to the IRS maximum. DeLorme will match 100% for the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your annual compensation that you contribute to the plan. You are immediately 100% vested in the Company match.
Holidays1 New Year's, Presidents', Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and two floating holidays.
Earned Time Off1 Includes sick, snow, personal and vacation days. You accrue ETO hours each pay period beginning with your date of hire.
Short-term Disability Insurance (STD)2 You and the company share in the cost. You select coverage at 60% or 80% of your regular base pay for day 8 through day 90 of an approved disability absence.
Long-term Disability Insurance (LTD)1 The company provides a benefit of 40% of regular base pay for approved LTD absences. You have the option to purchase an additional 26.6%.
Healthcare/Dependant Care Reimbursement Accounts1 You contribute with pre-tax dollars and reduce your taxable wage base. Then through reimbursement requests, you collect your money for out-of-pocket medical/dependent care expenses.
